So i bought a salvages 2007 tc and the abs light have always been on. i've check tire pressure and all speed sensors are all installed. i had a friend check for error codes and it shows that all 4 speed sensors aren't connected. When i drive the speedometer needle drops and jumps back up randomly, but rarely. Also, when i brake, the abs kicks in random, no matter how fast im driving. i feel the brakes pulsing and hear a really bad grinding noise. The brakes and discs are fine, but i don't know whats wrong. any idea guys? I appreciate any help. Thanks
Yeah, that pulsing and grinding is ABS, and ABS is electronic. You got a melted wire or cut wire some where. Especially because your ABS light is on too. If you are seeing connected to the brakes, then your issue is farther in, but it has to be a short somewhere. That's not really safe to drive like that. Don't get rear ended by grandma!

Thanks. i saw a the plastic, on the connection to abs pump is cracked. it looks like a possible issue, but if my car is throwing me a error code saying my speed sensors aren't connected, shouldn't my speedometer be broken to?
I really hope i don't get rear ended my a grandma, it'd be all your fault cause you would jinx me. :D
Codes are always a little goofy. It usually requires a lot of troubleshooting to find the real problem despite what it is actually saying. I do believe the two are tied in closely together so I'm sure it's still your ABS. Try replacing the cracked piece and give it another shot. If you wanted to take a picture of what you are seeing, that would help too.

your abs module probably needs to be replaced if the side cover is cracked. i cracked mine once and it got wet inside there but my speedo just wouldnt work. never had the issues with the abs randomly kicking on.

Thanks guys. I took is into a shop, and had it repaired for 700 god dam dollars. It was a broken sensor and the magnetic disc that the sensor reads, was also broken. This issue was only on one wheel. I was just ____ed at how much it costs.
That's why grungy sleezeball mechanics are still in business. They took mega advantage of you. I would have bought the parts and figured out some way to fix it. Screw $700 for a sensor job. The dealership probably would have even been cheaper!
