I've had the DNX7190HD in my 2010 for about 2 months now. Awesome unit. It does everything but drive the car. Sound quality is excellent. Even with stock speakers. And one of the features I like the most, is the reverse tilt screen. The screen sits almost vertical when reverse-tilted which cuts down on glare in the daytime.

Great radios! I have the 6180 from last year and while I have yet to throw in a 7190, I have done a TON of the 6190s and they have performed phenomenally and I would highly recommend them.
Only dislike I have of that unit is the tilt screens. I personally stay away from motorized headunits. It is just one more part that can break and when that goes out... well your pretty much SOL.

My
That's what I have and I love it. Have an iPod touch connected using the Kenwood cable and I also use the Bluetooth tied to my Galaxy S3. Both give me great sound quality, the album art being the main draw of using an iPod. Before the update that changed YouTube from a built-in to an app, I could show videos on the screen but that seems to have gone away. The Netflix and DVD quality does just fine though.
