from my experience and what i researched from others, the intake could be the best for performance, BUT it does not filter worth a darn. ive post on this before, do a search as there is a link with test results comparing this filter.

I love my Blitz Intake, it's easy to install, too!

I have it on my autoCherry and there is an extra pull when pushed around 3000rpm and it really takes off from there. Noise is minimal at cruising speeds and even on the freeway there is not any more noise than stock that I could hear with my stock stereo/speakers on so, that could make a difference.

There is a subtle roar that is not high pitched at all. It is alot of fun and looks great! We will have to see about the filtering issues, I only have had it installed for a couple of weeks, thanks to 2fixa !

There was another post about a Blitz hose that could be used on the xB that I want to try, anyone know about that..?

here's my old post:
https://www.scionlife.com/forums/vie...ight=blitz+sus

"i know that the blitz intake is the best short ram intake for performance(had one for my other car), BUT i got rid of it becasue it filters the worst of all filters. if i had a car for track use only, the blitz is the intake to get, but for day to day use, it dosen't filter worth crap. "

I haven't driven their xB yet, but the xA setup is awesome. If it has the same qualities and craftmanship, I'm sure it's great stuff.

From what I have read, that is the reasoning...I truly hope this is just the worst case scenario. I also want to think that It must be decent if it is used in Japan. I Could be hoping against better judgement.

Hey there Drew! So, how is your supercharged xB performing, have you gotten to form any opinions of the SC after having it on for a while? I noticed you can't get the Blitz product page online right now...maybe they will be announcing the kit soon hmmmmmmmm.....

...this is still on topic isn't it?

it's driving great! It's really a lot of fun, and we couldn't be happier. We still haven't gotten off our asses and dynoed it yet though.

I've heard rumors that it'll be announced soon....maybe that's why their page is down! I'm really curious to see what it's gonna retail for.

Thanks Drew! So, how loud is that puppy and do you feel the extra hp throughout the power curve?

It would be nice if the cost (installed!) still made my autoCherry xB "a great buy!"

I wish I could have gotten a ride during Exposed!
