It's your money. Do you really want to spend the next few years of your life driving a car with the transmission you didn't want, and pay extra for it?

 

Personally, I love my Auto. How often in real world conditions is it going to make a difference? Most of the issues are theoretical or only practical if your planning on racing.

I'm no granny driver either. I drive fast and don't tolerate sluggishness like in all the GM crap I've ever rented. I don't feel that in the xB.

I agree with George, I waited 2 months to get the manual in Black here in Los Angeles. I could have gotten the automatic the1st day.
Frustrating wait, but worth it. :twisted:
