Does Anyone know how to remove the AEM Cold Air Intake Filter for recharging on an XA? I want to do mine but since id didn't put it in, don't know how to service it.
Any Help would be greatly appreciated, I read the Tech post about the K&N filter but what about the AEM one, it is different.

You need to raise the front end of the vehicle. Use either a jack AND jackstands or ramps.
Get under the left front corner and unbolt the splash shield there (should only need a 10mm wrench). Use a screwdriver or socket (8mm maybe?) to loosen up the clamp holding the filter on. Wiggle it off of the end of the CAI and remove through the bottom of the car. Clean it, charge it (don't go too nuts on that oil) and reinstall it from the bottom. Don't run your car with that filter off though!
Thank you so much! So it's right under the bumper or from the wheel well?
