Default Spoke with Scion Customer Experience for Rattle and Sunroof

So I called the customer service number the other day to see what they had to say about problems with my sunroof not closing all the way, and the hatch. I had brought the car in to let the service guys at Toyota fix it, but all they really did to "adjust my sunroof and hatch" was spray them with white grease. The problems persisted the very next day. Well the lady I spoke with from Scion set up an appointment tomorrow in which she will be in contact with them while they are working on my car to address my concerns. If the problems arise after that point, she will be sending someone to personally inspect my car who is a SCION tech. One other problem I just noticed, my seat, it squeeks. Everytime I put pressure to the front of the seat (like when I shift) or hit a bump, it squeeks, constantly. Should I call Scion back and tell the lady I am speaking with, or just let the service techs know when I bring the car in tomorrow?
