Default greddy airinx intake

Anyone tried it? Im looking to buy an intake soon and right now its between k and n and the greddy. The greddy is cheaper but is it quality? Thanks.

I just looked again at hopupracing.com and they have the k and n for $165 and the greddy for $108. Everything looks about the same except for the filter of course.

greddy uses a foam filter doesn't it? some people said foam is bad, i got the weapon-r intake on my xa and everythings fine with it. i guess the foam is able to be sucked into the manifold or something judging from what some people had said. might wanna check... all the intakes will put out very closely the same amount of power, so choose what you think looks the best to you. i think a few people had said that the k&n gets the idiot light to come on sometimes. judging by price, myself, i'd go with the greddy. it's about 50 bucks cheaper and greddy doesn't make cheap stuff. but it all depends on the look you want.

I have seen it several places this week. including ebay, but it is not on there website. I have seen in as low as $109. Looks pretty cool.

I know NOPI has it. I'm seriously looking at getting one in the next few weeks, if it turns out to be legit. They make ones under the TRUST (which is a much cooler name than GReddy) name in Japan for the Vitz, so I'm sure there is one that would work for the xB. It's 118.29 on NOPI, which is a reliable company. I doubt they'd sell a knockoff, unlike ebay.

I wonder what it includes besides the intake....could it also include the adaptor to attach to the intake tube like my Blitz SUS intake does???

call Greddy HQ...and if they can't confirm any intake for the xB...u know it's a scam. U might be buying a Gredy..not Greddy.

call them up.. they're in Irvine, CA ...
http://www.greddy.com/page.asp?idx=4

cuz i've never heard of Greddy intake for xB...

if u have other choices..go with either K&N Typhoon or Injen. K&N Typhoon cost abit more than its competitor...but u definitely get ur money's worth...dyno at 8.4HP gain for xB! most ever from an xB intake...

Yes, I know this is bumping an old thread, but I just checked the Greddy site-the Airinx intake for the xB does, in fact, exist.

http://www.greddy.com/prod_airinx.htm

Guess what I'll be buying.
