Default xB A/C Problem

Does anyone know why, A/C cold air come out of the system, when the A/C button is off and when the ducting control **** is set to the setting that permits either cabin air or outside air to be used.

I had my A/C system, checked out and they fixed the damper control, so now the air is much cooler than before. But still the A/C seems to be running when the ducting control **** is set all the way to the right.

Thanks

John

That the wierd thing about the A/C switch, when set to front vents (all the way to the left) the air is ambient temperature until you push the A/C and the green light comes on, then it cools very well. But with the A/C button off, light off, the air is as cold when the duct **** is set all the way to the right.

I am guess I will have to take it in and have Toyota tell me why it works that way.

Thanks
