The official rules are as follows:
“On Twitter the sweepstakes runs from January 28 to February 18, 2013. To enter, users must write a tweet that mentions “@ScionAV” and includes the hashtag “#ScionOpenMic”. There is a limit of 1 entry per person. A total of 250 winners will be selected from Twitter to attend the event.
On Instagram the sweepstakes runs from January 4 to February 18, 2013. To enter, users have to repost the sweepstakes photo posted on the @ScionAV Instagram account, and include a mention of “@ScionAV” and the hashtag “#ScionOpenMic” in the caption. @ScionAV will be posting the image at 10am (Pacific Standard Time) on January 4 and a few other times during the entry period. There’s a limit of 1 entry per person. A total of 250 winners will be selected from Instagram to attend the event.”
Entry to this private party is only available to contest winners so get to it before the 18th!
