So I just got back from test driving the new mustang gt with a 6spd manual and gotta say I don't remember a car putting such a huge grin on my face. I was smiling ear to ear the entire way home haha never been a american muscle car fan..but I think this one has got me thinking otherwise.
Gotta say it was a hard decision leaving the dealer without one..
Anyway just curious what you guys think?

Seriously..I think it may be a close contender for my next car (next summer? maybe lol i'll probably be back on not wanting to sell the tC again but whatever..)
Until now it's pretty much been a done deal that I was going to get a WRX..but I don't know..haven't driven a new WRX yet but it would have to absolutely blow me away.

I won't even drive the Camaro. I sat in it and I was not comfortable at all. Seating position sucked for me and I couldn't see ____ out the windows.
If I went Chevy I would go Corvette for sure.

That's exactly why I bought the WRX. Wagon + Turbo + AWD = Fun and practical. If I was going to get another useless 2-door, it would be the Mustang though. The quality, value, and performance are completely off the scale when compared to other FR-layout cars in its price range.

Speaking of the new Camaro, it's ok for the money but a very tight cockpit, low visibility and to me GM has never been able to get Retro quite right. Looks like a cartoon 69 Maro

Corvette is twice the price of the Mustang and the GTO doesn't exist anymore. Mustang, Camaro, 370Z, Gen Coupe. Those are the choices.

I test drove a 5.0 yesterday loved it. but if you really want a nice stang, Villa Ford has a 08 or 09 GT that a guy traded in that he took to Shelby and redone completely. its a legit shelby, tag and everything. only $29k! SC BBK Intake Suspension, everything. he bought it as a regular GT and got it all done after. then traded it in for a new Shelby. s___ sounds mean! way faster than a 5.0 too.
Villa Ford also has a Shelby GT500KR for 60K.... yeah lol
