G35 will likely be my next car if I can afford it...I have to say though, i don't put the 350z even in the same class as a M3. First off, its a nissan (not a fan AT ALL), and will get blown away by the M3. I've driven a Z and I don't find it that exciting at all. Plus, I don't like the way they look, especially the convertibles with the big ol ugly butt. Thats just me though. I know there are some true 350z fans out there.

However, the price IS right...

my uncle and dad work for bmw over in munich germany... my uncle gets a 35 % discount from them... if u lived there i would hook u up !!! but the m3 is my first and only love... i love my tc, but the germans are in a different league than any other manufacturer out there... including lexus!!!!

but the new 3 series 335 is build of the same engine as the m3, im certain that there isnt much done to the m3 to seperate it from an335 other than the sports package with a few engine moods which give it the extra 45 or so hp, but yeah man i can definitly agree with you on that... and dont buy a used bmw, people beat the ____ out of that car then sell it, trust me pay the extra money and get a new one...

..i dont knw if you noticed when you test drove the bmw, but its a very strong car of the line, it has a lot of "muscle" to it, because of the torque ratio..

That'd be the way to do it. Fly to Germany, pick up your car and then hit the Autobahn. It would be nice to legally test the top speed. :D

I've already hit the fuel shut off, but it would be nice to hit the road that was built to be driven, as opposed to the roads here, which were built to get you from one place to another.

^^^ yeah and you will get there in one piece if your lucky hahah, cars here go to fast and its mainly because of the road... and sometimes the drivers, i dont knw if anyone has noticed but we have some bad drivers here, i mean they make it way to easy to get a licence in the first place, is it just me or does anyone else feel that way?

^^^agreed....now if we all drove 6-spd M3s, we wouldn't have a problem - only skilled drivers can handle one of those puppies!

I dunno, but my cousin's failed to pass the test three times now. I'm not sure if I'll feel safe when she does.

Kansas. I'm thinking about trading my tC for a Segway when (if) she ever gets her license.

Sorry Cass.
