Default Chevy question

What trucks does chevy make with a 6.1 liter engine. My friends dad has a silverado with one but i can't find any information on them. I have only ever heard of one other person that had one. Any clue to HP or Torque. The only company that i can find with a 6.1 is Daimler-Chrysler.

Thanks

there's a 6.0 liter, but i don't see a current 6.1 liter. the hp is 300 and the torque is360 lbs ft. good luck with all that.

why does he want a truck based on the size of the engine rather than the power or capability? or does he have a good deal of spare parts or experience working on that particular engine?
why not get one with the 503 cin (8.1L) big block? my bosses suburban 2500 hundred has it, seriouslythat engine is rediculously huge!
