Default Chrysler's "boxfish" car

I couldn't find the thread where I saw this picture before, but here is an article to go with it:

Quote:
From Clumsy-Looking Fish to Sleek Vehicle
When the project team embarked on their expedition into nature's domain, it led them into the depths of the underwater world where they encountered an unexpected role model—the yellow boxfish, or Ostracion cubicus.
At first sight, the boxfish lives up to its name. It is almost laughable to think that this plump, polka-dotted, pug-nosed, aquatic creature could serve as a scientific model.
"Quite frankly, we were surprised when this clumsy-looking fish, of all things, became our model for designing an aerodynamic and fuel-efficient car," said Dr. Thomas Weber, DaimlerChrysler's research and development chief

It's also suprising that a fairly UN-hydrodynamic fish would be Chrysler's aerodynamic inspiration...

It looks like there would be some rear visibility issues.

It might be like the Pontiac Aztek where the rear hatch is made out of glass, so you can still see out of the rear...

The ONLY new Chrysler product worthy of production is the new Challenger Concept. Build it and they will definitely buy it.

Looks like the love child of the Pontiac Aztec and the Honda Insight electric car... hahahahaha!

= what you see above... I just hope Honda is getting child support from Chrysler...
- sh00k

ps -

The only thing I'm diggin' is the body color matched rims - that looks hot on almost any car, IMO.
