I have to say, that two door one looks hot!

The style looks more along the lines of the Mazda3 Hatch. The xA has more visible fender lines which is still very unique among compact cars.

Looks great. . . but Suzuki (the car company) is a horrible failure. . . and I'm not sure if they are partially or totally owned by GM. Suzuki (the motorcycle company) is doin great tho!

It looks like a mix between a Mini Copper and a Renault Cilo. I wouldn't trust a Suzuki, unless it was a motorcycle.

well i totally agree with GoSwim! like the front of an xA and the back of a mini. ridiculous! well i guess this is what they're trying to use to fight the scions... just like honda with the jazz.

In my opion, Suzuki is good at only 2 things, making super hot and fast street bikes and making trucks for third world countries. Just my 2 cents.

The Swift(aka:Geo Metro) is not a bad car at all. I've owned 2(91 and 92) and my dad is still going strong in his 96. The only reason I got rid of the previous was stupidity, and I would do almost anything to get my 92 back, very reliable car, albeit slow and kinda ugly.

This being said: If they ever decide to bring the Swift back to America(branded differently or not) I would trade my xA in on this thing in a heartbeat.

Were the Swifts those funky little 3 cylinders? Or am I thinking of another car. I think a delivery driver at the local Pizza Hut had one, he'd always be charging around the neighborhood.

Suzuki Swift = Geo Metro. 1.0 3cyl(about 50+-HP) and 1.3 3 cy(about70+-HP)l models were available in the states. They are slow, but not as slow as you might think. This car only weighed a good ton,if that. Me and my bro picked up my old 92 while drunk with ease. They were made out of galvanized cardboard ,but, were a pleasure to drive and own,I've had 2 of them and really miss my 92 model. The GT model, only produced as Swift untill 1994 had a whopping 100 or so HP,that's out of a 1.3....so we can do better than that, can't we?
