This guy i know from work just got a skyline not sure what year but he took me on a ride and that car is AMAZING. It's the fastest car i have ever been in. He raced a viper and pwned it. The thing that bothered me was i would ask how much he paid and he just kept saying A LOT and i asked how he got it and he said it was hard. .. So the reason i posted was to ask how much does one cost and where could one get a car like that.. just askin because i know i could never get one just curious though

No offense, but if I had that Skyline, I wouldn't want to tell anyone about the details either; but that's just me. I would want to keep it secret and a rarity.

yeah, however he got it, he shouldn't have gotten it. they aren't legal in the us unless they are strictly a show or track car.

but man, i kinda know what you mean. cars like that are just fast on a whole different level, that you can't even imagine in a tc unless your on a really steep hill.

I love skylines, but if it was an R33, it was the least favorite of any of them. I would take an R32 or R34 over it ANY DAY!

oh and drax, there were ones that have been legalized and can be driven on the streets, even in cali!

man, it seems like just because god foot from initial d stage 4 hates the r33, everybod else does too! what is the big difference that makes the r33 so unpopular compared to the r32 and r 34?

 

i know someone w/ a r32 n a r33 both were rather cheap i think its cuz he work at a place that imports JDM engines n parts

 

my other friend took cellphone pics so when i see him at work tomorrow ill tell him to send them to my email..
the guy told me he has an extra engine that he's working on making at least 700HP he said he'll stop back in town in a week or so.. so now i am going to keep my camera with me because we always end up bumping into each other when he come through to talk to my manager at work

 

I've seen a couple street legal R33s here. Maybe not as sexy as the R34, but still hot cars nonetheless...

my friend has a skyline too, he has it at the honda dealer he works at, they arent illegal to drive u jus have to pay a ____ load for insurance and to register that type of car, this was at the dealer while he was working on it, i personally like the R33 shape but compared to the R32 and R34 its very unpopular then theres the G35 in japan is considered the skyline coupe? and then theres the R35 thats coming out over here

 

I've always hated the looks of the R33 compared to the rest, and thats ever since I first saw one. They look like a camary or a mazda mx-6 (newer body style) In otherwords it may be an awesome machine, but it looks to plain-jane for me. The R32 and R34 look sweet compared to the R33, but thats IMO.
