I was leaving autobacs yesterday, at about 6pm. Out of the little street that runs next to it pull up this SUV looking thing, and was stopped next to me at the light. I got to look it over a bit while waiting for the light to change. It really is pretty cool. I didnt even know they were released yet.

 

They are pretty cool!! I took one for a spin the other day.

 

I still have yet to see 1 in person.. Ive seen so many pics and it looks nice. I bet its even nicer in person.

 

hell yeah i saw the first one in this area a few days ago too.. took some pics with my cell phone. they're a lot smaller in person than I thought, but it makes for a cool, compact, yet super-rugged appearance. i really do sweat these things.. too bad with the options i want it's like 25k though. and how does the manual 4x4 get worse gas mileage than the automatic 4x4? that's a head scratcher..... i may get one of these down the road, who knows. don't know if anyone saw the latest Motor Trend, but they totally rave on these things. they basically said if the FJ had been out when they did MT SUV of the Year, it would've won hands down over the Xterra.
