Hey la, google CSX it is hardly no name, /have you ever heard of Union Pacific, same type of bussiness. Also, alot of people on here are from cali, and they don't talk trash like you do. You are gonna have to grow up before some BIG engineering firm gives you a job. Good luck.

I work in a place where 6&7 figure people drive beaters.
Some drive bullet-proof Hummers, some Ferraris with Ostrich seats.
all depends on your mentality, not your pocketbook.

But there are those fools here that think if you're a certain age, or have a certain income, you should do what THEY think you should do.

BS!

Wow this thread went downhill fast. BACK ON TOPIC...I saw a 350 the other day and just about wet myself. I dont care what anyone says they are NICE cars. I really liked the 300 but I think Lexus outdid themselves on this one.

I guess growing up and living in Los Angeles makes one become superficial and materialistic. I'm sad im under that influence, but what can u do when EVERYONE around u is like that in our culture? And youngsters(eg me) are easily affected by the enviroment surrounds them. Be honest Scott, this is life in Los Angeles.

Lastly, sorry i wasnt gonna start a war or something i was jus trying to discuss and share my thoughts on this forum. So lets stop all the bad words and please no more mommy and daddy becuz not everyone has them

jjjosh41, last night we pulled up next to another IS 350 , black w/ tan intertior, basically a twin. I had to take the guy to the mall parking lot and show him how to light up the tires, he did not even know about the trac button or the power/snow switch. needless to say I started showing off and did probably a good 2.5 doughnuts with the tires screaming and then did a little drifting. my g/f wanted to kill me and at the same time she and her sister were laughing so hard that I think it started to hurt. anyway. you are right Lexus has outdone them selves, compared to the IS300. the 300 would do these things, but at nowhere near the speed and with twice the effort. I went to get some stuff out the trunk this morning and could still smell burnt rubber odor in there. a bit odd, but good for a chuckle.

same here...........LOL.
you cannot even really compare the IS300 to the IS350, they are totally different cars, the IS350 is more on the high end, as the IS300 was a altezza in japan, and a mid entry car at that (like the accord/inspire)........They are not bad, but they are nothing to the new version.........

The IS350 sport needs the IS300 steering rack and a getrag 6SPD, then it'd perfect.

The couch, yeah whatever !!!!! That is funny. I will buy the tires if need be. And I don't know about getrag, but it is a six speed. It has the paddles on the wheel and you can rock the shifter back and forth kinda like an old auto stick if you want to.

No...It NEEDS a 6spd manual transmission, at least as an option...a GETRAG 6spd would just be perfect.

Just test drove the AWD IS250 w/ Luxury package & nav.

AWESOME fn car!!! 250 AWD is a little lacking in power, but that's fine since I don't want to be tempted to spend money on it. PLus, its an auto.

Love the car!! I get the price they can give me on my trade in tomorrow and hopefully I can drive it home!!
