Default New guy here

Hey everyone. My name is Mike from Franklin, TN. I do not have a Scion, but I do have a Yaris 3dr LB. A ton of parts seem to be interchangeable between the xDs and the Yaris, so I have come here to see what kind of parts are available to xDs and just to chat with some fellow Toyota owners. I own 2 cars and 1 bike. The Yaris is my daily driver, but I love to take it to the track. My other car is a 2004 Volvo S40 undergoing an evo 8 engine and drivetrain swap. The bike is a 2005 Yamaha YZF600R Thunedrcat.

The Volvo had a gt2871r turbo in it producing close to 350whp before i lost oil pressure and dropped 2 valves. i then decided to do the evo swap.

Here are a few quick shots of my Yamaha as well.

Hope you all like!

-Mike

That Yaris actually looks pretty clean with those white wheels. I don't think I would have put those two together.

hah thanks. i traded my Volvos Wedsports for those wheels (plus plenty of cash) as the Volvo will be a 5 lug car and not the old 4x114.3 pattern. I put them on the Yaris and didn't like them at first, but they grew on me.

Thanks! It sure is a fun car to drive. I can't wait to drive it in the HPDE at the Nashville Superspeedway this upcoming weekend!
