Default Running 12's with my new mods

JUST KIDDING! I haven't run 12's yet and it's my first bike, so I doubt I have the skill, launch control, or even the guts to attempt 12's yet. I spent $2k and it will outperform just about anything else I could have dumped my money into. Not only that, but with gas prices going the way they are, It's going to take me about 1-2 years to recover the cost (assuming I don't wipe out, which is a BIG IF. It's nice to be able to go cruising now without spending $4.00+ every 15-20 minutes of operation. That and it's all the speed I'll ever need.

The tC will now be my secondary ride, saved for rainy days.

Yeah, for some reason, they look horrible in pics, but in person they look much better. I was leaning towards a 2008 Ninja 250R, as the new version looks like a PURE sport bike, but they are too slow and overpriced. Originally I was just checkin out the Katana for the heck of it, but when I saw it, I fell in love. That, and size wise it's a perfect fit. Either way, it's still just a learner bike. Besides, the capability to do 12's is fast enough for me. I'm already scared enough of dying. An SS/R bike is just that much more of a ticket for death.

some daytime pics. . . it's funny. . . driving cars. . . just about any car isn't really that fun anymore. That and I cringe when I think of how much gas is wasted when pushing a car to its limit.

I used to have fun in the tC, but when I floor it now, I can barely tell that there's any acceleration going on at all. There's already a thick layer of dust accumulating on the cage.

Be carefully bro, having the metality that you will never go down,. saying BIG IF is the wrong attitutue to have riding a motorcycle.

"There are riders that have gone down and there are the riders that will"

Thats how I rode, that was my mentality, I wasnt stupid, I rode safe, wasnt an "butthole biker" and I went down twice, thankfully nothing to serious but I did total the bike, things happen. The bike I hade 600RR was fun, but it was my DD, bad choice lol.

Be safe, wear your gear at all times, it will save your life.

Yeah, I always wear gear. Personally, I find it more useful to have the mentality that it will happen, which thus scares me to death, which in turn causes me to be hyper cautious. Having the mentality that it won't happen causes me to be careless, and this applies to both driving and riding. When I was younger, I had the mentality I was invincible, and it resulted in wrecks. But now I'm paranoid of disaster, and have been better off since.
