Default start up= 700 rpms right away

so im "car sitting" my brothers SRT while hes on deployment so he makes me start it up drive around the town every week so that it wud stay in shape....but after 4 months of normal driving and 2 weeks of not starting it up....i ve notice that every start up it drops to normal 700 rpms right away eventhough i haven't start the car for 2 days...compared to before where it idles to 1200-1300 then drop to 700-800 when engine's warm already...whut shud i check for?

ummm, might be look'n at this in a simple light, but could it be because of warmer days? AKA the engine is warm enuff from start not to have to rev higher @ idle to warm up.

yeah, in colder weather, the cars start up and idle at higher rpms to warm the engine up faster so it can get readings from its sensors.

it is april now, weather is warmer, the engine is heated by sitting in the sunlight now all day long without the cold air around it, so it starts up nice and warm already, and dosn't need to run an enrichment cycle untl it reaches ideal operating temperatures.
