I'm pretty sure the IS300 has the 2JZ-GE 3.0 N/A inline 6.

I think the 1JZ is not available in any US market vehicle: Toyota Soarer, Toyota Chaser, Toyota Crown, MKIII Supra 2.5 TwinturboR all available with 1JZs. Too bad, the 1JZ is a great motor...
