also, I live in SO CAL, Which is the TC capitol of the world haha, so maybe thats why i have this out look. In my small apartment complex alone, there are 13 TC's. Thats not including Xa's and Xb's haha. There are 0 Si's in my complex.

In my parents neighborhood there are 5 TC's on their street and 0 Si's haha.

I think u have to be in SO CAL to understand it i guess and see it for urself!

oiy lol this thread is getting all messed up to ddsboi I know what you meant and i knew you were comapring si to tc and ofroucrse there is more tc then si;s thats why I replied saying it doenst make the car cheap just that its a good choice jmo though. I hate having a car that everyone drivesa as well.

NOw the other reply was for pollup in my reply to you before you decided to skim through my post then quote it and then try to be a smartass I said that the tcs do not outnumber the civics in my area (jersey) however I see tc quite a lot a lot more then any other new car including the new civics thatd all.

sorry miread the outnumbering part. as far as tc's outnumbering si's of course, because the si is a version of the honda civic. since there is only 1 version of the tc, you get what you get. civics outnumber the tcs hands down, even though they have different names for differnet models, ex, si, so on so forth.

^glad we all agree not back to our scheduled programing who can help me with what color is easiest to take care of meaning you see scratches on it less, it chips less easily or less easily visible. I was thinking white?

Typhoon, sorry I posted and never got to reply because I left. Don't misunderstand me, I am in no way calling it a weak engine. I admire the engine and it's potential. I'm impressed about the gains you'll get by putting on smaller things such as an intake or headers. I wasn't trying to take up for one or the other or start an argument, I was just mearly stating that I was surprised that a new si with an supercharged engine swap with intake, headers, and ems only made 300 at the crank. It'd be foolish of anybody to say that 300 is bad I was just saying that I expected more.

hey typhoon... i had hondas before i switched to the tc.. i'd go with a darker color from honda.. when the darker colors have stone chips, harder to see.. dark primer. but of course you'd have to deal with being able to see scratches, but those can be buffed out (3M's Shine Restorer, comes to mind)..

Silver is a color that doesn't show scratches, but depending on the color of the primer underneath (dark, for example) would really show the chips.. Besides some silvers seem to fade over time, the sun does stuff to it.. So yeah I'd go with a darker color..

well went to the honda today to check it out, the outside is nice and I like it the paint feels better quality and the sheet metal on the car used feels stronger. The interior is def where the tc overwhelms the si, si has a lot more cheap looking plastics, especially around the speakers, and the seats dont hold that much better then the tc. While i dont hate the digital gauge that much the tach gauge looks to be lower quality then the tc as well. Just thought Id post up a small review.
