just wanted to know what everyones 1/4 mile times are and the mods they have with it.

i dont even know if thats good, bad or normal. all the tC's here in vegas run the same or much worse.

15.571 @ 89.30mph with CAI and light weight pulley.

I ran a 15.934 @ 88mph......no mods

 

14.96 @ 92 back in july. I/H/E/Pullies/ETD

 

14.80 @ 96 .... i/h/ upgraded head, stock exhuast (FTL ), pulley... thats the gist of it.

 

15.9 is pretty bad. Ran 15.1/15.2 and a one hit wonder of 14.8 with nothing more than the ZPI exhaust. Will get vids of the 1/4 mile with turbo soon. Should be good for low 13's High 12's.

Are they all official times? If so, 14.8 is impressive out of a stock or close to stock vehicle considering that the tC C&D tested ran a 15.7@88 way back in Aug '04(http://www.caranddriver.com/roadtest...-tc-page4.html).

Wonder what I could run in my stock Spyder since it's faster than a stock 5-sp tC 0-60 according to C&D (6.8 vs 7.4).

 

^^They are offical times, but like we mentioned, it was a one time wonder. Average I ran with nothing but a full ZPI exhaust as a power option back last year was a 15.1/15.2 @ 90 mph.

 

yeah same. I avg a 15.3 or so. i get lucky with times below that.

i still dont have my launch down completely.... when i do get a good launch, that's when i get the lower 15's.


with the system and such though... now i'll be lucky to hit stock times ^^

 

thats been my best time so far.. ive average 14.9-15 flat give or take a tenth or so.. its mostly in the launch.. good luanch will give you great times..oh and im on the crappy potenzas..once i go over to toyos or advans..maybe flakens.. ill see am improvment..

 

im guessing that the elevation of where you ran your car has more of an affect than i first thought. Vegas conditions are no good for racers

 

hey guys i went to the track to run my car for the first time ever and i got a 15.4...
well the story is i fried my clutch i was planning on running lows 14 cause im runnin nitrous on mine a 75 wetshot i got 205 hp and 260 torque but i fried my clutch and i wasnt going anywhere when i sprayed but i still tried and nutin work so sometime this week i will be buyin a stage 3 clutch and going back to the track and come back with some better numbers but i got .324 reaction time my second time cause the first one was .7 lol i paniced like everyone in their first time.... sorry for the long story jus making sure yal know my clutch was slippin all night so i couldnt even get better numbers than a stock tc lol
