nice clip. you weren't flooring it, were you? i've been up to 120 once at even though i'm stock w/ a 5-spd, i'm pretty sure my speedometer was showing a faster acceleration than that.

 

i did have it to the floor but i just left it in 5th, i could have dropped it down to 4th and it would have went a lil faster but i was just taken it easy

 

i dont even think 4th gear reaches 120

i think the question is. are you on a flat road ? because it does seem to take forever.

 

the clip started way before 120, if i would have been in 4th then i would have got to 5th faster then 120. and i do think it was a small incline on that run. the first of the night was on a flat section and i did drop it down to 4th while racing an 06 eclipse. i got to 120 a lot faster when i started from 4th.

 

i know what liquid is talking about when you drop it to 4th the car will accelerate faster its happened to me often when you drop it to 4th your rpms will increase allowing the engine to make more power to overcome the drag created by the air at that speed
