I keep seeing crap about lightweight aluminum crank pulleys and how they are supposed to increase your gas mileage and "release" some horsepower stolen by the drive pulleys. But, I cannot find even one person who has ever used one who can tell me whether it made a difference or not.

If you have used one, please chime in and let me know your opinion. Are they worth anything or just crap?
