Default Bremerton AutoX Highlight Reel

I made a neat little film documenting my AutoX highlights from this season. Ignore the intro screen for all of you seasoned AutoX'ers, it was mainly for my friends who had no idea what AutoX is.

I had one camera and just changed the angles over the various runs that we ran. Great fun had by all!

Ah good ole Bremerton. I wish it wasn't such a pain in the butt to get there from my apartment in Seattle and that I wouldn't have to wake up at 6am to catch the Ferry over to there. Must be nice to live in the area so you can just jump over to the track and shoot home again.

Did your video explain your setup? (per your suggestion I skipped a big chunk of the begining until I saw car-on-track footage ) What do you run on that xA?

I noticed from your video that your shifter is pretty far south on most runs. Are you in 2nd or 4th typically? In my tC (un modified engine-wise) I'm usually a split of 2nd or 3rd (depending on the layout of the course for the day).

Looks great, hopefully I'll see you out there next season!

Yep, it's convenient to live nearby the track here. I also sometimes go to Sanderson in Shelton as well.

The video did not explain the setup. I have the Greddy turbo kit at a conservative 6psi (since it is my daily driver) and the AEM Water-meth injection kit due to the fact that there is no room for a front mount intercooler. For gears, I am mostly on 2nd and sometimes 3rd on the straighter portions.

For suspension, I just used TRD shocks and springs with a sway bar. That's pretty much it. I keep it simple and have been very happy with it.

It is funny, for the longest time I was running on my stock tires that came from the factory until the treads ran out. Of course, I was sliding everywhere and couldn't go very fast on the course. In this video I was trying out the Falken RT-615s and I thought those were pretty good. Since I have my tiny stock 15" wheels, each tire was $90 and the funny thing about that was the stock tires cost $80.
