DANG!!! Why do you have to go and do that to me. MAN I so wish I could make this. In either the Z or the tC. Any idea what the Street RWD class looked like?

Carbon Fiber and other light weight material may be implemented in place of OEM Hoods and Trunks/Hatches.
- OEM Doors, quarter panels and roofs must be kept in place.
I don't have a CF hatch (yet), but I do have CF fenders. Wonder how that would pan out.

it omits the mention of fenders in the rules except for flares. So you would be ok.

I'm not arguing because it's not going to effect me, but I interpret this rule like I would any other motorsports rule in that if it isn't specifically included it's not legal--especially considering they say no quarter panels or doors...so why would a fender (which is basically a front quarter panel) be allowed?

i guess that's a fine line, but from working in the collision repair industry for so long... a quarter panel is definatly definatly not a fender. This rule seems aimed more for safety conserns because the roof, doors, and quarter panels all surrond the driver cabin and oem panels are crash tested, the fenders are just bolted to the front aprons.

Actually State Championships.

As for the 615s...those are great tires for autox and for the first lapping session of the day, so be sure to get your best lap in real early because they get super greasy after a couple 20 minute sessions.
