That's what the E-brake is for...lol. You don't need a line lock on a FWD.

having a line lock (on the rear wheels) would be a lot easier than having to throw the e brake though. just hold a button and light em up.

Why go through all the trouble when you could just pull the lever that's already in the vehicle?

Hence the reason why you find Line Locks on mostly RWD vehicles. E-brake does just fine for FWD, no sense in going through the trouble of installing it, let alone spendging money for it.
