S/C'd auto tc vs. I/E 5spd tc...RESULTS INSIDE!

my s/c'd auto:
stock header, stock boost, 2.5" s-pipe and midpipe, greddy sp2 axleback.
5spd:
stock header (90%sure)
CAI (not sure of brand)
TRD exhaust
1st run: 1.5 lengths before i had to kill it
2nd run: 2-2.5 lengths before i had to kill it
and the question is finally answered..s/c'd auto will beat modded 5spds. and i know this one didnt have a header because the trd wasnt as loud as it should've been. but then i dont hav my header on right now either so i thought those cancel eachother out.

well... they run "close" to a 15.2
my friend who has an auto tC raced a stock RSX-S and lost by almost 2 car lengths to 90mph
bone stock RSX-S runs 15.0 with a normal/decent driver
and rule of them in the 1/4th mile is that every .1 seconds is about 1 car length.

I have an auto myself, but TRD Exhaust has no performance gain, and CAI will add 2~5hp I guess, which means it's almost stock, not modded much. it's like race between F/I vs N/A. If 5spd has I/H/E setup(injen CAI+good header+maybe catback) and good driver, results will be different I guess.
Naturally a S/C auto would beat a basically stock manual, the loss at the torque converter isn't that much. I race my friends manual tc with a fujita intake, and my auto with an injen, and he normally beats me by about a car, so that's not surprising.
well i havent really been on the forums recently. last time i was here ppl were posing the question if it was really worth s/c and auto and if it could even beat an i/h/e 5spd tc . thats the reason why i made his post..i was unaware that someone already got this answered. oh well
