I ordered a part from them and after about a week and a half of waiting with no clue of the status I called and was told the part is being sent to them from Injen. It would be like another week to them and 3-4 days to me. In short the turn around time was going to be almost 3-3.5 weeks.
After many emails the best they were going to do was upgrade my Fedex delivery. NOT GOOD ENOUGH!
If you are going to sell online atleast give the customer updates, really poor when the customer needs to track information down. Then find out the item wasn't even in stock.
Update your site or add an inventory counter.
