Just like the Question says. Has anyone bought from jdmcarboy.com and how was your experience. I have read some good and some bad reviews on it from other sites but wanted to know from my Scion brotha's and sista's

 

I live right next to their shop! My friend recommends them. I can check out the shop and give you an update! I always wanted to drop by but the parking is crazy. They are located on a tremendiously busy street.

 

I just got off the phone with jdmcarboy and they sound pretty legit. I asked about the Weapon R rear brace kit. They can have it delivered. I also asked about custom hoods. Pretty much...they can get anything you want. BARGAIN! BARGAIN! BARGAIN!

 

A money order was sent to these people in July. We get confirmation that they recieved it through email and the fact they had to sign for it. We get no word about anything on the coilovers ordered. We give them a couple of weeks then I send an email. Nothing, and more nothing. Finally I get word two months later that they lost the money order and wanted another one. The first one was 750 bucks. If he would have done his job these coilovers would have been sent a couple of weeks later. Not two months and then to lose it. It costs money to file a claim through USPS. So I told him to find the first one and send me the coilovers. Still nothing and he still wants another money order. Says he won't ship until he has payment which he already has. Then I get so sick of this crap I finally fork over the cash and file a claim with USPS. They finally cut me a check I send an email to jdmcarboy that he is not to cash the money order because I finally have my money. What does this guy do, he cashes the money order now I owe 750 bucks to USPS and I still do not have coilovers. This is now 4 months later.

BE VERY CAREFUL!!!!!!!

 

Sorry to hear about that. That really sucks. I guess I won't be special ordering anything from them.

 

I ordered my mirror covers from them. The day after I ordered them, they notified me that they had to wait for their next shipment. When they shipped them, I received an email, then I received them several days later. No problems here.

 

i ordered mirror covers on feb. 5 and still haven't heard anything. Express, how long did it take for them to get in stock

 

yeah. i ordered my rear greddy strut bar and they kept on blowing me off. definately a thumbs down here.

 

lol i forgot about this thread, but my mirror covers showed up about a month ago, about 3-4 months after i ordered them.
