I bought myself a stock 08 lower grill from capicu23, he responded the first hour to my private message and worked through paypal quickly. He shipped the item fast and got it in 3 days. The part was in excellent condition, (freshly cleaned too) and was wrapped and shipped with great care. This guy is legit!
