You've already received a refund which has hit your bank account. I've filed an insurance claim against the item to cover my losses. Where I ship out of (UPS and DHL through my office) is not very reliable and it's causing more grief than ever. You lost nothing on this deal. End of story.

We agreed that you would refund my $ until I received the item. I did receive the refund but my point here is, you said it was shipped out through UPS a week and a half ago. Obviously that is not the case, you lied, again.

Think whatever you like. I really could care less at this point. I promised you a product, it was shipped, you did not receive it in time for your vacation, so I offered you a refund in the event it does not arrive or is delayed with the provision that you would send the money back when and if you received it.

This whole thread has been a waste of my time and money. If I were a rip-off artist why would I refund your money the minute you became dissatisfied? It serves me no purpose to have your money for a week and then give it back to you, it actually wastes my time. I've learned (especially from dealing with childish people online) that being straight up with is the best policy, I've explained IN DEPTH to you that I've experienced consistent shipping issues through my work and offered to rectify the situation, yet you want to keep digging? Your point is moot, at best. You have your money, now move on.. k thx!

Matthew, move on already... You have your money, and I'm sure you can find another person to lowball. If you still have a problem, contact me directly and quit whining in a public forum. It's not going to do anything for you. You have your money back and have lost nothing, I'm still waiting on my $ can you say the same? You have my # and my email address so you can hit me up and cry till your heart's content if you like... lol

Just my opinion, and I know that you are going to tell me to move on, like you have already.... But it seems to me that those who get defensive and laugh in the face of their customers are not really good businessmen at all.

Just a suggestion - maybe you should seriously try to fix the problem with your word and hard work... but just the quick fix. I commend you on refunding peoples money and the attempt to fix your wrong doings up to now, but it doesn't really seem to be working too well now does it? Maybe you should try another way.

I understand that you can't make everyone happy... but this thread is already 5 pages... doesn't seem to be too much in your favor - even if half of the posts are from you. Your posts are worthless because you are too defensive... almost shady like.

All I am asking is please try not to end up like this guy:

This thread has gone back and forth and from what I see, all issues have been worked out. Wether people have recieved their money or have recieved the item purchased, whats done is done.

My issue with Jaems has been resolved and I got what I wanted out of this whole mess. Since then I have spoken to Jaems and have even worked on his car. This time payment for labor is discussed and agreed upon before any work is to be done so there are no more misunderstandings.

I am going to ask the mods to go ahead and lock up this thread. If you have any problems, please pm Jeams directly.

Peace out!
Ed

seems like a lot of your products that were shipped out were damaged in transit (mine included) but everyone seemed to have gotten a full refund.

you really need to find an alternative shipping method, lol.

Yup.. agreed.... I typically work 14hr days so I can only ship out of my work, and the handlers that package for DHL/UPS usually roughhouse stuff. I will typically insure things if the buyer has not asked for it previously and it's within reason.
