continue anyway, dont waste a few days by waiting, you can always drop the case later, if he gets served with a subpoena he/ll quit messing around, or have him criminally charged with fraud

He said that he lost the tracking number even though I know from selling things on ebay that UPS supplies you with a tracking number off the bat or will e-mail you a tracking number once things ship. He told me to just look for a UPS truck this week. I filed a claim in Paypal, so we'll see how things go.

dont worry guys he told me that he couldnt ship mine out when he said because the shipping place wouldnt take it anymore. Sounds alot like Todd from TT, Maybe he sent the gauge off to the coaters first haha But yea and then i told him to please refund my money so this wont have to escalate any further and he said "ASAP" thats all he said so basically a slap in the face. NOBODY, I mean NOBODY give this guy the benefit of the doubt He may say things that sound promising but we all know how that goes! Dont fall for his mumbo jumbo BS!! He doesnt deserve a second chance or nothing so dont fall for anything this guy says!

My Paypal case with him is pending. He has till the 26th to reply I'm glad it was for only $80. He didn't request that I send it as a gift so hopefully that will prove to be in my favor. The sad part is that this is the second time I've tried to buy something from someone on SL and it's the second time I've been ripped off. The first time it was by fmtc4eva for skunk2 lowering springs for $110.

It makes me wary to trust people on SL.

Good luck with small claims court. I tried to go that route a few years ago, and they said I had to serve the papers myself. The guy left town before I had a chance; if he's out of state you may have a problem. Court can't do anything to him if he doesn't know about the case.

Yea I will drive/fly to Louisiana if I have to. I'll add that into the price of the settlement. He did text me the other day however and said that he was laid off and his little girl was still sick....He said he did get another job so to be expecting my refund soon. I hope gets everything straightened out and can salvage his reputation.

It may be true but people will BS themselves to make people feel sorry for them and they still screw you over and keep your money....If it was al true why hasnt he come on here and at least defend himself once? or straighten his story out? If i remember his kid was sick 3 months ago as well...

Just recieved word from paypal that I WILL get my money back in full and today i had 140 deposited into my bank account. So i was lucky this time and got my money back. Everyone please be very careful when you are buying stuff these days!!! Learn from my mistake and dont ever send money over as a gift when you buy car parts!! it will turn around and bite you in the butt!!
