random, how did you send the money to him initially? and how was he intending to send the items back to you? because if it was USPS, you can do the mail fraud deal as well.

spoke with the houston police department today. they were very helpful and i already have begun getting all my documentation together. i'll be faxing everything over tomorrow but the police report and all that other stuff was set up today. i suggest anyone having a problem they can't get resolved with kenny take this route. he's a theif and deserves what he gets.

screw that dude... if you're gonna be in town, either be a badass and go over there, drag his ___ to your car and show him what he's done, drag his ___ back inside and tell him to give you your $h!t.

If you don't want to do the badass work yourself, take any proof you can get your hands on, go to the cops on his side of town, tell them what's going on and ask them to escort you over there. Don't let this guy take your money man. That's WAY too much money to just let go.

Well I am also a victim, have been holding at hope that he would come through. He has not. I have called the houston PD and I am looking at filing a small claims suit against him. Its really amazing what people think they can get away with.

Well Houston PD is a big no go. They just called me and said that what he took was not enough. That they have some else that has committed similar crimes that total $100,000 of dollars and that they are having a hard time making a case against him.

So I guess ill move to Houston and set up shop for ripping people off. They dont seem to mind it there.

I was told that he (the detective) contacted internet crimes and the states attorney and that what Mr. Rose has done is not enough to press charges. BTW I have a signed agreement with Mr. Rose, thats right its in writing, and that he has taked over $3K from me. The detective stated that I should go to civil court, so I am looking for a civil attorney presently.

What a wonderful country we live in, where I have all the proof in writing and its still not enough to get charges brought up. See this is why people dont call the police, its a shame where this is as clear cut of a case that you can get and you still cant get anything done. This is not a case of word versus word, I have emails from him where he states he received cash and items and emails now saying he is not sending them back because I filed charges. I have the phone records that show call after call to him and that show one (thats right one) call from him in the past 3 months.

Well I have registered cleancustoms.net and will post all my info there for all to see. I will post all my communications with Mr. Rose and for you all to read. BTW at the present time he has stopped returning my emails.

Scott
