ok, dont sell anything to blueman66 from this site... just sent him my k&n filter and as soon as i send it out and give him the tracking number, he cancels the payment to paypal...

anyone know what my next step is to getting my money or doing something about this...

its not even about the money anymore, its about not letting this POS get away with this

 

you have to contact paypal and tell them he screwed you and that you shipped his item and such. you shoulda called UPS and told them to ship the package back.

 

i will do that monday with ups i guess... is there anyway for me to get the money from him that he originally owed me? or do i get screwed and have to eat the shipping cost and get nothing out of this and he gets away scotch free?

 

It almost sounds like you sent out before you got the money.

 

Mail fraud is a federal offense - you have his address call the local police and let them know what is going on.

 

I got the money thru paypal, with an email stating that, then as soon as i sent it out to him and gave him the tracking number, i got an email saying he cancelled it..

so this is a federal offense and i can call the police in his area?

 

yup and file a dispute with paypal, they will get you the shipping cost
