I've been having bad luck with ordering online lately. First it was ZPI. Now it may be draxas. I ordered a Draxas exhaust with s-pipe last Thursday and paid for 2 day air. It's Friday and I haven't received my exhaust yet. I called and left messages Monday and Wednesday and have sent two emails but haven't received a response. Has anyone else had a problem with getting a hold of someone at Draxas?

 

Ok. I got a call back today and I gues the wharehouse gave fedex the wrong address. The rep was very apologetic and waived the shipping fee and I'm picking up the exhaust at fedex today. They said they had to stop production on the header due to insufficient development funds, but they are in the process of contacting tc owners in california to use their TCs to test the prototype header.

 

Yah they are fairly tough to get ahold of ive noticed. Glad you got things worked out..

Also thanks for the info regarding the draxas header!

 

i doubt it would be hard to find people for that in that area .... all it would take is for them to formally post something.

there wont be till maybe next year if that. they went from "we are going to make the header but wait a few months" to ....they arent going to make it. go figure. If only another company would step up and make a 4-2-1 we all can give our money to them.
