okay just want to alert you guys to a situation that is going on, i ordered...

I was sent the rear emblem not the front the rear emblem the bb is cut out and they send you a second bb cut out thats double sided stick tape...

this shows both, i was supposed to recieve the front emblem like the first link and he shipped me the rear emblem.

anyhow i sent him a message telling him he sent me the wrong item, and asking him how i go about getting the correct item and how to ship back the item he sent me.

he send me a message back saying that he is positive he sent me the front emblem and that if i still wanted a refund he would refund the money but not the shipping, so i sent him a message in return.

basically stating to him what i just stated to you guys showing him the difference between what he sent me and what he said he was going to send me, and i said that I was not going to be charged for his mistake, and that i wanted the item i paid for and that i wasn't going to be charged to send him back his item or get the item i originally paid for, and if he couldn't comply i would be forced to make a dispute on ebay.

so we will have to wait and see what he says....

but just lookout don't buy from this guy until we figure out what he is going to do i'll keep everyone posted.

Guy has 13 negative feedbacks this month.Looks like a deadbeat seller.

 

So was I.............. I am currently disputing this with paypal and this guy only replies back the emblems are the same...dispute transaction with paypal if you paid that way.

 

Asked for the rear and got the front emblem instead ...the guy is a total loser has no business sense nor for that matter common sense......don’t wait for him to do the right thing go right to a dispute....

 

okay thats it, i am going to dispute through paypal and ebay let him loose his sellers liscense what an idiot.

 

Sad thing is, Ebay will not take away his selling privliges and I hope paypal doesn't give us a hassel since the last time I dealt with a loser like this guy, payapl wanted me to prove in writing by experts how the item was different I just gave up even though I was right.....hope payapl changed there way...we will see........good luck to both of us since it was a small ticket item.....

well, i hate people that don't believe customer is always right, cause to be honest not every customer is right but in the case i know im right...

p.s. did you already buy the rear emblem if not if i don't have to send this one back maybe we can switch front for rear sense you wanted rear and got front and vice versa for me.
