Do NOT buy anything from best-price-on-the-net from ebay! I can't get him to answer emails or ebay complaints. The phone number he had listed is disconnected and he has over $125 of my money for a carbon fiber engine cover for my xA. If anyone knows how to reach this cat, please let me know, I want to "chat" with him.

 

did you report him to ebay? always check the phone number before sending money. sorry to hear you got screwed.

 

most of these so "company" are guys that work at home. Give it a couple days if not report to ebay. They protect the buyer more than anything else. Sorry to hear that.

 

We've already contacted ebay, and filed a complaint against him. No reply so far to either us or ebay.

How long has it been since you won and paid for the item? How did you pay? Was any of the negative feedback already on their account when you bid for or won the item?

The item was won and paid for on April 21st, with the promise of 2 day shipping...he sure charges enuff for it. I gave him a couple of extra days due to the Easter holiday.

Paid by bank credit card, he doesn't do PayPal.

The only negative feedback was a few weeks old. Now he has had 4 negatives in 2 days....

 

The good news is how you paid. Just contact your bank and ask them what you need to do to reverse the charge. Each bank has their own process, and it differs if you used a actual credit card or a debit card. Either way, your bank should be able to get your funds back.
