I just filed a dispute to my credit card company today (citibank)...who else did the same? have you guys got your money back? I was talking to citibank's customer service and the guy seemed like an ___..anyone else have a similar situation or was it a breeze?
Luminics doesnt send out the products. Someone had to actually go to the contact address on their website to pick up a few orders. They pretty much no longer exist...

oh man, I feel for the people that ordered from them. And I just checked their site and the address is down the street from my work. At least it ended up a happy ending. Thank God for Super Autobacs in So Cal. AMEN. Always a good resort.

I just spoke with Rich and basically what he's doing is trying to get everyone to forward the Luminics emails that were sent to us as "confirmation" that the bulbs were shipped. He's taking those emails and forwarding them to an attorney to mount a case so that everyone who didn't receive their bulbs can get their money back.
Rich is a very nice guy and is willing to explain the situation to you as long as you forward the "confirmation" emails to him so he knows you are one of the many who have been taken. I please ask that if you call him to not give him too bad a time because he's advocating for us and it's not his fault.
In a nut shell, you are not going to get your bulbs but can get your money back through your credit card company. According to Rich, the major credit card companys know about the Luminics situation and shouldn't give you a hard time giving your money back. Any credit union or banks may take a little long to get money back.
Anyway, if you have the emails, call him and be nice because he is definitely a nice guy himself and is trying to help us.
