i got all my stuff backk when mike still ran the compnay

 

because im $175 in debt right now due to the fact they sent me mirror covers that don't even come close to fitting. i called them 10 times and left messages but nobody would call me back. jay even told mark to and mark still didnt call back. all i wanted was to trade them for a pair that fits.

 

Did you file a Better Business Buruue (sp) dispute? Did you pay on paypal

 

i did not file a BBB dispute...how do i do that? payment was through USPS money order....all i had available at the time.

 

nvm found how to do it. i will start down that road.

 

don't even bother - if they are out of business a BBB report doesn't matter.

And even if they are around it's not going to do anything. Short of a lawsuit there really isn't anything you can do. (and even that is long and complicated process with no guarantee of collecting on it)

 

ok so is anyone from the old firmware still around????? i have been talking to jay jay about getting mme my parts and i have recieved nothing!!!!!!!!!!



first i was overcharged... i never got the pre registartion group buy discount.... which i let go.......


then they sent me defective parts and promised me that it would be fixed and i would have my new parts by the next week!!!!!

WELLL THAT WAS 6 MONTHS AGO ATLEAST!!!!!!


i just want tto know who else i can talk to!!!! i have been getting the run around for way to long and i would really hate to have to get my lawyer involved!!!!!!! but i feel like that i have no other choice!!!!! ive paid in full!!! and i still have not recieved anything..... and i keep getting fed more bulcrap averyday!!!!!!


i know jay jay is trytin to help me and i appreciate that but i just want to know if there is someone else i can talk to maybe a number or something ?????

 

try callin mark.....if that fails i think you're stuck with the lawyer route

 

who is mark???? and wat is the number...... i use to have josue's number but i dont think he is apart of them anymore.....besides that i have no ones number

I have been with out my vents for my dash all winter. Left three messages last week, a detailed email and nothing back. Its annoying i know. I just like either them to come clean and say ok we cant do it or yea were pulling through with this.

I had and alot of others had huge faith in Mike, Mike was the go-to guy he answered, he called back, he replied. He was sick for a bit, hell i hope hes do ing a lot better now but this mark guy really needs to get the ball rolling or drop out of the race.

It's my blog + some people tried to knock me down for posting the truth and people did not listen to me and some of the people who stuck up for Firmware now have issues and are now getting an idea of how I felt. Unfortunately, your right is not funny, it's sad

 

well yea your write some people didnt listen..... im one of them!!!! im still having problems!!!! but yes its not funny it really sucks!!!!

No Chris, not laughing at you. But, maybe now you may realize why I vented because it was very annoying for me, for 6 months Firmware wasn't clean with me. It was show season and it prevented me from doing other interior mods. You know what our cars mean to us during this time. I wouldn't have been mad if they didn't lead me on and told the truth, for I was partially sponsored by them and getting the 1st set of xB parts. Ya can't blame me for being upset as I was.
