I posted in wanted section I needed a 2008 Injen CAI.

No one replied in the thread, he PMed me saying he had one.

I was explained that it was barely used and such.

Paid for it for $150.

Found that he had made this thread:
If you look at the bottom, someone said that he was a bad seller.

I told him I hope he isn't scamming me. (b/c that one is for 05-06)

He told me he was selling that scratched up 05-06 one for a friend, and he was selling the 2008 off his car.

I told him if he could ship to a different address. He said yes. He shipped it out last Wednesday, June 2.

He told me he would get me the tracking number. He also told me I would get the sub on Friday/Saturday of the same week.

I asked for the tracking number. He said
"yap!
i got it shipped out yesterday evening.
i have the tracking number on my desk at work. i got into work late tonight (graveyard), when i go in and get a quick chance ill PM you the tracking.

I also noticed that he calls himself "Devin" on the forums but his name he uses on Paypal is "Yue Huang".

I also noticed that he may be a little kid. If you look at his past posts, he acts like a little kid. I doubt he would have a good "desk job".

I have been checking both addresses for the package, and yet I have received it. Or have I heard from him since he sent me that message.

What's the deal with paypal after you file a claim? Would I most likely get my money back?

If the product does not fit the description and you have proof of returning the item, then most likely paypal will refund the money. BTW, I have a brand new 2008 Injen SRI piping for 70 bucks. Explain you the details with pictures if your interested and if you get your money back.

same thing that happened to me.
mine was supposed to go out the day after yours was supposably to be shipped out.
never got it after the money was sent to him or any more responses.

for paypal
you have to first start it with a dispute.
then you can file the claim.
then if everything works out after explaining the situation, in 10 days you will get an automatic refund.

Finally got my money back after about a month wait with no product and no contact after money.
Paypal finally got the claim settled and money was returned.
