Killerglass. *two thumbs down*
Ordered and paid for a custom etched coolant hose April 9th and have yet to receive it. Their paypal phone number goes no where and their 800 number only goes to voicemail along with the complete lack of response to emails.
It was nice to receive a FedEx tracking number of a product that was never scanned as picked up.
I wouldn't be ordering anything from this company again!

o dam...probably the only way to meet these guys is to go to an event and see if they have their own booth like the revoluscion event. sorry to hear that and hope things go well!
If you did use PayPal... I would say that certainly would constitute a valid dispute claim. I'd say that would be your next step.
wow, sorry to hear that. killerglass has always been awesome from my experience. I'll talk to jason (scvscions) and see if he can talk to killerglass for you cuz he knows him and works on all his cars.
Well they have information stating FedEx did pick it up and they've lost it.. at this point whatever...
Excuses about employees being on vacation are being given which after 30 days not sure why the customer should care. Change the availability from 5 days to a month!
Offered replacement or refund - took the refund as I would rather not have to explain to anyone what the piece is. Overall horrible experience and I'm more ticked off that an employee (Tim I believe) was really nice at both previous Exposed events here in FL but when it came to getting the product the experience was horrible. Spend your money elsewhere or buy their hose at an event (which always seems to have their logo etched on it
