Kudos to Bill / Scion Specialties!
Here's the story:
I contacted him last week a couple of times with questions about the $62 Remote Keyless Entry system. When I couldn't reach him directly, he called back promptly (that's normal customer service).
I went to order the system on Thursday, but unfortunately, PayPal wasn't working properly on his end. After waiting until Friday mid-day, I called back to see if he could accept any other kind of payment. He could not. INSTEAD, he offered to send me the RKE system FIRST, and essentially accept payment after I received the unit. That takes trust, but it also takes confidence in your service and product to extend yourself in that way.
Additionally, I received the RKE within 3 days. It might have been two, but Monday was Columbus Day. And yes, I did pay him right after I received it.
