Default LEDMods.net Public apology

Hello everyone. I've read what has been discussed in the other thread, and I would like to explain whats going on.

I have been running a legitimate business for several years now, and have pretty much made this business my life. I have had no personal life, just business. Many of my local customers can verify this because they see that I work all hours of the day everyday.

Anyways, in I had emergency surgery 2 months ago, and took two weeks to recover. Because the surgery was an emergency, all work that I had was put on hold. During this time I was recovering, I had a lot of problems going on in my life (as I have explained before) and this also created an extremely stressful state for me. (As much as I wish I could, I cannot explain the level of stress I had in my life. I wish I could, so many of you can understand what was going on, but there was a lot involved all at once - as the saying goes, when sh*t happens, it hits the fan.).

Anyways, in short, I have been a site sponsor for a long time now, and with good reason. I have had hundreds of happy customers from scionlife.com (and other forums), and many people trust me and my work. I really wish positive information was as influencing as negative information, but we all know this is not true. Most all of my customers will say that I do hold true to my 1 day turnaround time, my work ethic, and my services, and this is because all that is true. Now because I had these unfortunate events happen to me, it is very detrimental to my reputation and business that I have lost such business.

I would like to consider this an unfortunate circumstance , but I am still the same person everyone would rely on for expert information, professional work, and fast services.

Now as far as my past customers, I have cleared everything up with them. My life (for the most part) is back on track, and I am now back on my feet. I am still going to offer my services, and I do expect a lot of people to be upset from what has happened and what was said in the past.

I will answer any questions anyone has, help and support the forum as much as I can and have in the past.

Thank you.

Paul Salmas

I have purchased a few different things from Paul. He's ALWAYS been helpful and responnsive! One of the better SL sponsors that I've dealt with.

Hope all is well Paul!

The website is up and running, but next week there will be some changes being done on the server. I will make sure there is a note on the site to give more details on this (it will only be down for about 24 hours).

I'm accepting new customers, so we can definitely schedule an appointment within the next few days. Just so you know, my schedule is completely booked this weekend, but I will be able to schedule appointments in the next few days or early next week.

I spent the last hour reading through the other thread. I just kept thinking the whole time that this couldn't be the same guy I met last August who did my LEDs for me while I waited. But it reminded me of the days of running my own business, we can't make everyone happy and there are times we make mistakes. We all go through tough times at some point. What we become later on depends on how we learn from our mistakes.

I think the important thing is that Paul knows he made mistakes and has apologized for them. I think I'm a good judge of character and that Paul's a really good guy. He did a great job on my xB gauges (I'm the one with the pink gauges on his website) and the pinks have not faded or gone out yet. I have put 20,000 more miles since that odometer reading in the picture.

I wouldn't hesitate to do business with him again.

i stumbled across your page on my old PC about 30 minutes ago when i realised i didn't clean out my favorites file before giving to a freind of mine.

i was wondering, do you only do local jobs? or could you do the work there at the shop and send the new gull gauge and dumby light across states too?

I do local and long distance work. For my out of town customers, they send in their gauges to be modded. With the exception of my recent downtime that I have come back from, I have a 1 day turnaround time.

Paul has great CS, answer all my questions. I, like Malibu Rapper, didn't understand how the guy I had spoken to was getting such a bad rep.

Paul (WhiteBlazer): Glad to see you have at least partially bounced back. Keep your faith (if you have one) and you'll be fine.

Thanks for the support! The response I've been getting from everyone has been great so far.

The blue gauges on the xb are the only ones I put up on the site at the moment. I have literally hundreds of pictures to go through, and update the site (it's a never ending process). You can choose from any color lights you like, I can mix and match for you - theres no extra charge.

Paul did great work on my car, I can only say positive things about his business and a lifetime warranty is one more thing that no one else provides. Thanks for everything.

Hoping to send you some more business.
