Is Luminics dead?

I don't know if anyone else has attempted contact with Luminics Bulbs, but every attempt of mine has been met with nothing.
I have to warranty my burned bulbs. So hm, where do I warranty to?
Their site is still there, and their number still works. Nobody answers their emails (3x), and nobody answers the phone. I messaged them here on SL, and got one response, giving an address. So I mail it there, and wait for a package back, or even a response back. Two weeks pass, nothing. I message them again on SL, and the message hasn't even been read.
Have they disappeared or what?

I believe Luminics is a sponsor of my club, Scinergy, and the PM I sent to their rep on the Scinergy board about a week ago hasn't ever been responded to. The guy in our GA chapter told me that he had taken orders for our group, but when he had gone to place the bulk order, it all fell through. That was back around January - February.
Can anyone say fly-by-night?
After all these posts full of people dissing Piaa and Sylvania... My Luminics foglights burnt out in a month
I'm still rocking the silverstar headlights I took out of my '03 Matrix.
As Public Enemy once said. "Don't.. don't... don't believe the hype!"

Don't get me wrong here, their bulbs sucked. But, they were white, and gave enough light. I even had their high beams, but they sucked SO bad, i switched them back to stock, because its nice to have light from a high beam.

I saw this comment and, without going thru all the posts since I am short on time at the moment, was curious as to what complaints people have had about PIAA? PIAA have always been the most reliable bulbs you can buy. I know they are a bit pricey, but they are excellent in quality and in my opinion well worth the money.
my luminics yellows were nice too until they burned out. Im not very impressed with the quality. They were only a few months old too. My eBay cheapo blue bulbs have gone from 2 diff cars over a span of 4.5 years and still work with good light output
luminicsbulbs.com is not the direct sales for luminics they are imported by a wholesale ONLY company they do sell through luminicsdirect .com .i carry them in my shop and have little issue with the bulbs i have had 1-2 defects in the prolly 100+
sets that i have sold . but that is normal and they have exchanged them for another set . I personally have pure blues and yellow high beams for well over a year with no issues
