MOTORFX - NO Communication - Still No Product
Ordered item on Aug 22nd... Order charged and receieved on Aug 23rd... As of today, no further communication.
I am giving them till tomorrow to respond before I file a CC complaint and BBB Report.
I would suggest no one ordering from them until they respond to e-mails, phone calls, pms, what have you

Like I said, they're 15 mins away from me and are one of the top stores/sponsors for Scion Evolution. I don't doubt what their reply says, but I wonder why CC hasn't said anything about it either....
You can if you answer your phones... We will see if they process the order before I decide to post their PMs they have sent... I don't care if your a loyal customer or not, this will change your entire opinion of their company... We will see if they ship the hood or not...
I have been so busy with college I haven't had a chance to sit down and write throughly about my experience with Motor-FX and ordering my CF hood. In summary, it was HORRIBLE! No communication, but many unkept promises. Took them almost 2 weeks JUST to SHIP the hood. I'll try to actually sit down and do a week by week analysis of some of the WORST customer service I have experienced from an online company someday.

i mean im in cali and i still have to wait for parts, im sorry that some of you guys have had a bad experience with MOTOR FX
soldier: sorry you had to wait 2 weeks bro but i came across your pics post with a FIBER FX hood and you had mostly positive remarks...sorry it took long, but you know you have a top notch parts that doesnt only look great but is also functional
CC: but i have no order to process since the order that was faxed in was incomplete
i can scan the faxed over PO if that would make you feel better, maybe another person can help me decipher the order???
threats will not get you anywhere with me or my company....and on that note i will stop reading and posting on this thread

personally i have NEVER had a problem w/ motorfx at all. i recieved my hood and hatch from the company on time actually earlier than i expected. Coi and his staff has been very helpful to me even w/ problems w/ my car that doesnt pertain to the hood and hatch. As for filing a complaint w/ the BBB, no legal transaction was made, so BBB can't help you cause that would be all hearsay from you. bbb would prolly laugh at you if u called them w/ the idea w/o any proof. as Coi has stated, your fax made no sense. I myself am in the parts market, and i have recieved faxes like that and honestly, i do respond to those people that send the fax and most of the time they dont get back to me. It's not suprising there. I know coi and his staff work hard to keep the company successful and you should contact him if you ahv eany problems at all. Thats what the rest of us do and coi always comes thru.
Coi... the fax was RESENT... Check your incoming faxes... If not you clearly see in this thread it is for a SCION TC.... What else is there to know... I will refax again today if you post you still do not have it... just ship the part...

fax communication errors? I tried faxing something to another company. only the first page goes thru out of 7. I will need to mail out my fax or fax 1 page at a time.
