I have tried calling them for a week with no answer... they can obviously get online and remember the fax missing the TC part... so why not COMPLETE the order?

i can scan the faxed over PO if that would make you feel better, maybe another person can help me decipher the order???

But the thing was I wasn't on a waiting list and you let my hood sit there due to no telephone number, yet you never messaged me to get it. 3-4 days went by and then I called you and you were oh well we don't have a number, even though I left my number in a message previously. Then from then on there was an excuse right after another for reasons why my hood hadn't shipped out. Plus I had to wait about 2 weeks and a couple days just to get a hood that was IN STOCK to ship due to your lack of communication and excuses. Was I entirely happy with purchase? NO! It had white scuffs all along the edges, but I was SO frustrated with your company and busy with college life, that I did not have the time to be going back and forth. I learned my lesson and because your trying to say it wasn't your fault, I will make a new post with all the documentation I have of your LACK of communication and customer service. Bottomline: Go with RacingSolution for CF hoods, stay away from Motor-FX.

ive spent over 1600 dollars with coi.. and motorfx.. i have gotten nothing but great experiences with his company.. sometimes shops get backtracked... my friend owns his own shop and he says the same thing.. its not always his fault.. hes just a middleman, if there was a communication error then work it out.. about the phones? i dunno.. wear headsets or something

Wow im his distributer in Hawaii and every tihng has to be shipped by boat. I have not ever had any problems with Coi or his products. this must be some kind of miscomunication of some sort. BU i think im the farthest Dis with out a road leading to HAwaii just the pacific ocean. BUt sorry to here about your expericance and hope you guys can clear all this up! All the CF on my car if fiber FX except the spoiler

this is really sad

everyone is judging opinions to be facts due to miscommunication or communication problems

and i bet a lot of people dont know the CF is on back order at a lot of places due to larger companies buying out large supplies.

if something goes wrong, there is a reason. dont justify your thoughts that if somethign went wrong, its automatcally the other parties fault and that it is bad business.

i've dealt with bad customer service once or twice from the same company but the third time and one, it has always been better and better

and you tink you got it bad?
your ordering 30 hoods and probly have customers waiting. all you have to do is tell them your distributor is on back order

me? i ordered a zpi s-pipe and recieved it 6 months later. now who had the longer wait...

so CC whats the status?

At this time, They still HAVE NOT Confirmed if they are going to ship the order... Its a shame cause I have 3 hoods i need this week too..
