Matt,

You can ask anyone who has been issued a refund from us, that they occur in a timely fashion. When you orginally got a refund it was a bad time and we were in the middle of a proccessor change. Then you reordered, and then you cancelled again.

Either way based upon our agrrement on our site we could charge you a cancellation fee each time. Which in the end would cost you 50% of your purchase price. However, we waived this and proccessed your refund. We had to jump through a bunch of hoops because we ran you card through our old merchant and we refunded with the new merchant. Regardless of which processor the refund was issued, it is all filed electronically. You were never told anything had been "faxed" etc. All credits and charges are processed via internet. Either way this no longer matters because you filed a chargeback with your CC company. We did not dispute this because we new what a mess it was going to be. We are no longer involved in this process. Once we said that we did not want dispute the chargeback, they collect the money from our reserve and we are relieved of the situation. It is now between you and your bank or CC institute. You should not flame us when we are no longer involved.

We apologize if your experience was not a positive one. We wish you the best in your modification endeavors.

-Kenny/ZPI

I think its funny how some people have absolutely horrible service with ZPI, and others have excellent service with them. I'm not denying what happend to you because honestly, i have no idea what the problem was. However, i have talked to Kenny a few times and he has made more effort than most companies with questions i had regarding future products for the xb. Now, this is without him knowing for sure if i am going to be a future customer. Although, the chances of me being a future customer is very high. Regardless, i have experienced great customer support from them which leads me to believe their customer service is just as great.

If you had that bad of a situation the first time, you wouldn't have gone back again. Its simple, no matter how impatient you were no one is that stupid to go back to a company they had a horrible experience with. I know you've explained the situation here, but i just don't see it i suppose. (again, not trying to disprove your situation or past experience)

I also find it ironic, that any time someone comes on here starting a thread bashing ZPI, they usually are quick to respond to the thread in a positive way, yet still taking the time to respond to the negative feedback. And usually, the problem is fixed shortly after the thread is posted like, for instance your case.

Either way, ZPI is a good company and people have had great experiences with them. If your situation was horrible, thats cool so be it. But don't you think its a little childish to start a thread here? That doesn't solve anything, theres tons of ZPI threads on here i don't see why the people that start these bad experiences threads can't just post in another thread. Either way people will read it. Thats just my opinion.

Good luck with Dezod if thats the route you do take, personally don't know anything about that company.

I started the thread because I was told to not put negative comments in other posts.

I don't think its childish - how else are people supposed to share their experiences.

People can take it for what its worth. My point is they are very unreliable as far as availabilit, shipping, etc, whether there fault or a 3rd party.

Oh well, I got my money finally so I'm happy.

Your experience, they were unreliable. Everyone i know of personally that has gone through them has had excellent service. But, whatever. Either way you are done with it.

Well I kept my mouth shut long enough...

I was taken off ZPI retailer list because I was just wanting the product for myself....

That and I asked to many questions....

Anyone wants to come back to that please do....

I still am wanting to see a dyno for a turbo kit that was bolted on and not modified like a stage 0 with no intercooler on it.
