Default NEVER BUY FROM ZPI!!

i ordered an s-pipe and a new o2 because i stripped mine from them over 3 weeks ago and they said it would be there in 3 days. they kept making excuses, and about a week ago one of them told me it was sent and were gonna give me a tracking number over email. AND THEY PROMISED ME yesterday my o2 would be overnighted and i would recieve it today. I RECIEVED NOTHING. im gonna cancel those orders and get my money back these people are liars and they dont even pick up my phone calls because they have caller ID. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!

i had enough patience and they kept lying to me saying it was sent already that is not cool...the key ingredient is my money back.

Let me tell you a story:

I once sold and Item on eBay. I sent it out rright away. The customer complained to me a few days later, why Havent I sent it out yet. A few days later, the same thing. I was to the point where I was ready to give the full refund, no matter what. next thing you know, over two weeks late, the item shows up and was mysteriously lost in transit. Was it my fault? No. Did i deserve the bashing the customer gave me? No...

end story.... Hopefully you get my point

Im confused, It was SENT out a week ago but would be shipped overnight delivery YESTERDAY. Which one is true? Shipped last week or still GOING TO ship? Did you get the tracking# yet since it was shipped last week?

hey if its true they treat you so skeet like that im deff. not buy that turbo kit from them, when makeing a big buy like that im gonna want a lil more trust than that

First off, I thought that this was already resolved. Like we told you on the phone and in the emails.

The S-pipe was not completed yet when you ordered it. You were told this I know because I took your order. Like I told you before the flanges that we had made did not work out and we will not let the quality of our product suffer just to get it released. The S-pipe shipped on Thursday or Friday. You did not order the O2 sensor until Wednesday the 18th. We had to get it from Scion and we told you that we would overnight it as soon as we got it. I shipped this out on Friday USPS told me that they would deliver this on Saturday. We do not ship USPS very often but I would assume that the US government is reliable.

We pride ourselves in customer service and we really do not appreciate the slander when you pre ordered the S-pipe and you just ordered the 02. You original post is very misleading as you tried to insinuate that you ordered the O2 with the S-pipe, which you did not. I will post the CC receipt if need be to show that we are not “lying” or misleading people.

ZPI will not ship or deliver a product that we are not 100% happy with. This is why we do not sell certain brands etc…We will not promise something that we can not deliver but we do ask for a little bit of slack as we are developing these products for a completely new platform.

We appreciate everyone staying open minded until they got the rest of the story.

Not taking any sides, as I was not part of this in any way, but from reading other posts from ZPIracing, it has seemed that he has done his best to keep in touch with customers as well as he can, and in a much more professional and mature way than that _______ Tctunerz has with his "customers".

Once I get my tc, i'll certainly be looking at ZPI for accessories/sponshorships, etc.

Wow, i was patiently waiting for zpi to see this post.
I like he response, and i like what i read about thier turbo kits too.

thanks for the great information and your guys contribution to scion community...its great to have a companies like zpi behind tc's
